Why RevisitPlus
Clinic software for multi-branch practices that fits the way yours already runs
RevisitPlus is clinic software for multi-branch homeopathy practices. It differs from appointment-and-billing software in seven ways: it was built inside a working practice, it covers the whole patient loop, it has no branch limit, it is a one-time fee, each role has its own screen, the team that built it supports it, and your data stays yours.
Seven differences, and the proof for each
Every claim below has a proof line. Where the proof comes from a client outside homeopathy, we say so.
1. Built inside a working practice
RevisitPlus did not start as a product idea. It started as the system Accucia built for Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center in Pune, a practice running for almost three decades, now across three branches. The screens were shaped by the morning queue at reception, by doctors pulling up a prescription from six months back, and by an owner who wanted the day's collections without phoning anyone.
Proof: it runs that practice today.
“We are running three branches, so it was very difficult to manage and coordinate with all the teams. What this software has really helped with is organising the data in a systematic way.”Dr. Pratik Jain, Chief Homoeopath, Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, Pune
2. The whole loop, not appointments only
Most clinic software starts at the appointment and stops at the bill. The patients you lose slip out before and after: the Facebook enquiry nobody called back, the follow-up that quietly lapsed. RevisitPlus covers enquiry, first visit, follow-up, renewal and referral in one record. Leads from Facebook lead forms and your website arrive on their own, and reception adds phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries to the same list. Missed visits show the same day on the Doctor Dashboard and on reception's screen. The owner sees Revisit Rate, the share of patients who come back for their next scheduled follow-up, by branch, doctor and scheme.
Proof: at Dr. Tathed's, the enquiry, the case history, the prescription and the receipt sit in the same system. Leads, Follow-ups
3. No branch limit
Many clinic plans are sold by tier, and each tier allows a set number of clinics. Open one more and you move up a plan. In RevisitPlus there is no limit. Your fourth branch is a configuration step and a one-time addition quoted in writing, never a wall.
Proof: Dr. Tathed's runs three branches on one patient record. Accucia has also run Lotus Imaging Clinics, a diagnostics chain (not a homeopathy practice), across six locations on one Accucia system since 2018. Multi-Branch
4. A one-time fee, not a monthly fee
You pay a one-time fee, sized to your branches, doctors and workflows. It covers the product configured to your clinic, implementation and adoption led by a dedicated project coordinator from Accucia, and your own dedicated server for the first year. From year 2 you pay an annual AMC for support, updates and changes, plus server cost billed at cost. There is no per-user, per-doctor or monthly fee, so hiring a doctor does not raise your software bill. A subscription costs less in year one. The one-time model costs less the longer you run it and the more you grow.
Proof: it is written into your proposal, line by line, after the Patient Journey Review. Pricing
5. Each role has its own screen
A receptionist at 10 in the morning and an owner at 10 at night need different things. Reception gets the Receptionist Dashboard: register, assign a doctor, track medicine, take cash, UPI or card. Doctors get the Doctor Dashboard: today's list, case history, prescriptions, follow-up dates. The owner gets the Owner Dashboard and MIS Reports, on the web and the Android app.
Proof: reception and doctors at Dr. Tathed's use it through the working day.
“Since we brought in their software it has been really easy. They have made all our lives really easy, managing all the data in a more organised way.”Dr. Pratik Jain
6. The team that built it supports it
There is no call centre between you and the people who wrote the code. The same Pune team configures your clinic, trains each role, takes each branch live and keeps changing the system after go-live as your team asks. When reception wants a new appointment status or the owner wants a report cut by scheme, the request goes to the people who can make the change, not to a ticket queue.
Proof: Dr. Tathed's team on changes after go-live:
“They have always been very cooperative with our changes, and they have customised it as per our liking.”Dr. Pratik Jain
And from Lotus Imaging Clinics, the diagnostics chain Accucia has supported since 2018:
“Till date they are supporting us even at odd hours.”Dr. Vikas Dole, Founder, Lotus Imaging Clinics
7. Your data is yours
Your patient data belongs to your clinic. It sits on your clinic's own dedicated server, encrypted, backed up daily, and exportable at any time in Excel or PDF, formats you can open without us. If you ever stop the AMC, hosting stops and you receive a full handover of your data: a full database dump plus Excel and PDF exports.
Proof: export is listed under what is always included, for every clinic. Security, AMC and refund terms
Fit the software to the clinic, not the clinic to the software.
What we are not good at yet
You should know these before the review, not after.
No iPhone app.
RevisitPlus runs on a web dashboard and an Android app.
No repertory.
RevisitPlus does not do repertorisation or materia medica. It runs beside repertory tools such as Hompath, it does not replace them. Your doctors choose the remedy where they do today and record the prescription in RevisitPlus.
No public reviews yet.
You will not find RevisitPlus on review marketplaces today. Its first marketplace reviews are pending. What we can show is one live homeopathy practice, on video, in its own words.
New as a named product.
The name RevisitPlus is new. The system behind it runs today across Dr. Tathed's three branches, and Accucia has been building software in Pune since 2018, with 730+ projects delivered. If you need a vendor with hundreds of homeopathy clinics behind it, we are not that yet.
Where another product fits better. If you run one room with one doctor, have no plan for a second branch, and want repertorisation built into the same screen, a repertory-first homeopathy software on an annual plan will suit you better. Our comparison pages say which, by name. Compare
We would rather lose a clinic at this paragraph than at month three.

In a 30-minute Patient Journey Review we map how patients move through your branches today and show the point where they fall out, running live in RevisitPlus with your branch names.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call. No proposal unless you ask for one.
