For clinics spending on Meta or Google ads
For clinics paying for enquiries that never become patients
RevisitPlus is homeopathy software that puts every enquiry in one list: Facebook lead forms, website forms, phone calls and walk-ins. Reception calls each one back, logs the call and books the first visit. The lead becomes a registered patient, so you can see which source, and which campaign, turned into patients and kept coming back. It runs on the web and on Android.
What your week looks like today
Your agency sends the Monday report. Last week's Meta campaign for hair loss brought in a healthy number of leads at a cost per lead everyone is pleased with.
Then you ask reception how many of those people came in.
Nobody knows. The leads arrived as a spreadsheet download, an email notification, and a few WhatsApp forwards from the agency. Reception called the ones at the top on Monday. On Tuesday the clinic was full and the calls slipped. By Thursday the spreadsheet had been downloaded again, with new leads mixed into old ones, and two people were called twice. Several were never called at all.
Of the ones who did book, some came for one visit and did not return for the follow-up. That is where the money was actually lost, and it does not show up in any ad report.
So the next month's budget is decided on cost per lead. Not on patients.
This is the enquiry leak. In homeopathy it joins straight onto the follow-up leak, because a patient who comes once and stops is worth far less than the cost of the click that brought them.
The three things that change
- 1
Every enquiry lands in one list
Facebook lead form and website enquiries come into the Leads module automatically. Reception adds phone calls and walk-in enquiries to the same list. Each lead carries a source and a status, both configured at onboarding to match how your clinic talks: "Hair loss campaign", "Google search", "Referred by patient". Nothing lives in a downloaded spreadsheet any more.
- 2
Reception calls back, and every call is logged
Reception works the list from the top. Each call is logged with an outcome and a next step: booked, call again tomorrow, not interested. Leads that have not been called stay visible until someone does. When a lead books and walks in, reception registers them as a patient from the lead record, so the source travels with them.
- 3
You see patients, not leads
Because the source stays on the patient record, MIS Reports show which enquiries became patients, by source, branch and city. Follow them further and you can see which of those patients came back for their next scheduled follow-up. That is the number worth taking to your agency. We do not connect to your ad account or report on ad spend. RevisitPlus tells you what happened after the enquiry arrived. Put that next to your agency's report and the budget conversation changes.
Clinics without ads use the same list
- 1
Ads are a good sign that a clinic is ready to grow. They are not a requirement for RevisitPlus.
- 2
Clinics that do not advertise still get enquiries: walk-ins who ask about fees, phone calls from a patient's relative, forms on the website, messages after a health camp. All of these go into the same Leads list, get called back the same way, and show up in the same reports. If you start ads later, add the source in configuration and the list carries on.

RevisitPlus was built inside Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center in Pune, a practice running for almost three decades, with three branches and online consultations. The leads, reception and reporting screens on this page are part of that same product, configured per clinic.
We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic. That includes conversion rates from ads.

In a 30-minute Patient Journey Review we map how an enquiry moves through your clinic today, from the first ring to the second visit, and show you the same lead becoming a patient in RevisitPlus.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call. Pricing is quoted in a written proposal after the review.
