What your week looks like today
You see patients from ten in the morning. Between consultations you answer a staff question, approve a medicine order, and reply to a patient's relative on WhatsApp.
At eight in the evening the business starts.
You call Kothrud for the day's collections. Reception reads out a cash figure and a UPI figure from the register. You call Wakad. Wakad has the total but not the split. Hadapsar is closed, so that number will come in the morning, typed into the WhatsApp group.
You add it up in your head on the drive home. It is roughly what you expected. Roughly.
Saturday is worse. You want to know three things. Is the new branch growing? Are patients on the six-month scheme renewing? How many people missed their follow-up this month? Each one needs someone at each branch to go through a register, and each answer arrives in a different shape.
So you go by feel. Your feel is good. You have run this practice for years. But feel does not tell you that Hadapsar is seeing plenty of new patients and losing them after the second visit. And it does not show you that one scheme sells well at Kothrud and hardly at all at Wakad.
That is the visibility leak. It is the one owners notice last, because the clinic looks busy.

You see the day before the first consultation
The Owner Dashboard shows new versus follow-up patients by branch, doctor and city, and today's collections by payment mode: cash, UPI and card. Every payment is recorded against a visit at the reception desk, so the totals are the sum of real visits, not a figure read out on the phone. Open it on the Android app at breakfast, or on the web at day end.

Collections match, branch by branch
Payments records each payment by mode and gives day-end totals by mode and by branch. Receipts go to the patient on WhatsApp. When the cash in the drawer does not match, you can see which visits it should have come from. The counter leak closes because the count is no longer done at the end.

You know which branch and which scheme is growing
MIS Reports show repeat patients, patients by scheme, city, branch, disease and appointment status, and payments by mode. Filter by month and branch. Export for your accountant. This is where Revisit Rate comes in: the share of patients who come back for their next scheduled follow-up, by branch, doctor and scheme. A branch with high footfall and a low Revisit Rate is a branch losing patients after the first visit. Now you see it in a report rather than sensing it six months later. A clinic grows on its follow-ups, not its first visits.
