Clinics running every branch on one system, in their own words

RevisitPlus case studies show how real clinics run on the system, in their own words and with their approval. Today there is one homeopathy case: Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, a three-branch practice in Pune. A second case, a six-location diagnostics chain, runs on an Accucia system rather than RevisitPlus and is labelled that way.

Two case study cards side by side: a larger card for Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center with a Homeopathy tag, and a neutral card for Lotus Imaging Clinics with an Accucia case, diagnostics tag

What you will find here, and what you will not

A case study on this page has three things. The clinic agreed to be named. The quotes are the clinic's own words, cleared before we used them. And every number comes from the system, signed off by the clinic.

That last rule keeps this page short. We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic. You will not see "fewer no-shows" or "less admin time" with a figure attached, because we have not yet measured them to that standard. When we have, they will be here, with the date and the method.

You will also not see a wall of logos. RevisitPlus is new as a named product. The system behind it was built inside one homeopathy practice and still runs it. That practice is the first card below.

The second card needs a word of explanation. Lotus Imaging Clinics is a diagnostics chain, not a homeopathy practice, and it runs on a system Accucia built for it, not on RevisitPlus. It is here for one reason. When you choose clinic software, you are also choosing who answers the phone in year three. Lotus has worked with the same Accucia team since 2018, across six locations. That says something about the team behind RevisitPlus. It says nothing about homeopathy outcomes, and we do not use it that way.

Homeopathy · RevisitPlus

Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, Pune

Homeopathy practice running for almost three decades · 3 branches · Pune

Patients move between three branches. Doctors used to phone the other branch for the last prescription. Today any doctor opens the same record, reception works from one dashboard, and the owner sees every branch on the web and on Android. RevisitPlus started as the system Accucia built for this practice.

"Through the software, without calling anyone, we can just see it in the software and go ahead with the next prescription." Dr. Pratik Jain, Chief Homoeopath

Lotus Imaging Clinics: six locations on one Accucia system

Diagnostics chain, not a homeopathy practice · 6 locations · started in Panvel · Accucia partner since 2018

Lotus Imaging Clinics, founded by Dr. Vikas Dole, runs its six locations on one system built and supported by Accucia, the company that makes RevisitPlus. It is not a RevisitPlus customer and not a homeopathy clinic. We show it because it is the same Pune team, the same way of working, and a client that has stayed with us since 2018.

"Till date they are supporting us even at odd hours." Dr. Vikas Dole, Founder

More homeopathy case studies

More homeopathy case studies are added as clinics go live and approve them. We do not publish unapproved results.

If your clinic runs on RevisitPlus and you would like your story here, tell the team that supports you. We draft it, you edit it, and nothing goes up until you sign it off.

See what your clinic's case would look like

In a 30-minute Patient Journey Review we map how patients move through your branches today, then show the same flow running in RevisitPlus with your branch names.

Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call.
