Switching
Move your clinic onto RevisitPlus without closing a single counter
Switching to RevisitPlus takes five steps: a Patient Journey Review, configuration around your branches and schemes, records, training for each role, and go-live one branch at a time with a parallel-run week. Doctors add old records during normal consultations, the patient master comes in from Excel or your current software's export, and paper files stay as reference.
The five-step switch
Most owners delay a switch for one reason. They picture a month of reception typing old files while the queue grows. That is not how this works.
- 1
The Patient Journey Review
Thirty minutes. We map enquiry, first visit, follow-up, renewal and referral at your clinic, and you show us where patients fall out. We also note what your records live in today, which decides how step 3 goes.
What this gets you: a written picture of your clinic, and a plan for the switch before you commit to anything.
- 2
Configuration
RevisitPlus is a working product, so we configure it, we do not build it from scratch. Branches, doctors, treatment schemes, lead sources, appointment statuses and payment modes are set up the way your clinic already names them. A dedicated project coordinator from Accucia runs this and every step after it, and Accucia sets up your clinic's own dedicated server.
What this gets you: a system that looks like your clinic on the first day.
- 3
Records
Three routes, used together. Patient master, imported. Names, numbers, branches and basic details come in by bulk import from Excel, or from your current software's export where it offers one. Case history, added in the flow of work. Doctors add a patient's older history during a normal consultation, when that patient next comes in. Your regular patients are in first, which is where a shared record pays off soonest. Paper files stay as reference. Nothing is thrown away. The old file sits in the cabinet for as long as you want it there. This is how Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center moved its three branches. There was no separate data-entry project. What this gets you: no week lost to typing, and no patient whose file went missing in transit.

Training per role
Reception learns the Receptionist Dashboard at the counter: register, assign a doctor, take cash, UPI or card. Doctors learn the Doctor Dashboard between patients. The owner learns the Owner Dashboard and MIS Reports on the Android app and the web. The Android app is installed for your clinic's team at go-live, and reception can register and take payment on it as well as at the counter.
What this gets you: each person learns only the screen they use, on the day they need it.
- 5
Go live one branch at a time, with a parallel-run week
Pick the branch with the busiest front desk. Reception goes live first, then doctors, then the owner's reports. For the first week at each branch, the old register runs beside RevisitPlus, so anyone unsure can check one against the other. Then the next branch.
What this gets you: a branch that never stops, and a team that trusts the new screen before the old one goes away.
Running beside your repertory software
Many homeopaths choose the remedy in repertory software such as Hompath. RevisitPlus does not replace that, and does not include a repertory. It runs beside it.
The doctor repertorises the way they do today. The prescription, dosage, follow-up date and notes go into the patient's record in RevisitPlus, where every branch can see them and reception can send the digital prescription on WhatsApp. Nothing about how your doctors select a remedy changes.
What stays the same for patients
Your patients should notice very little on the day you switch.
Same branch, same doctor, same clinic phone number. Same way of paying, by cash, UPI or card.
What they will notice, once WhatsApp Reminders are on: an appointment reminder before the visit, the prescription on their phone, a follow-up notice when one is due, and a receipt after paying. And if they walk into a different branch, nobody asks them what colour the last bottle was.

The worry is usually the senior receptionist, the one who knows where everything is. The Receptionist Dashboard follows the order the counter already works in: register, assign a doctor, bill, collect. That is why we train reception first, at their own desk, during their own rush.
A note from outside homeopathy: Lotus Imaging Clinics, a diagnostics chain (not a homeopathy practice) that has run six locations on an Accucia system since 2018, said this about their own switch:
"We became comfortable in very few days."

In a Patient Journey Review we map how patients move through your clinic today, check what your records are in now, and show the first branch running live in RevisitPlus with your branch names.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call. Configuration, training and go-live are included in the one-time fee
