AI Assistant · Add-on · A RevisitPlus module
Ask the clinic's records a question and get a list back
The RevisitPlus AI Assistant, available as an add-on and set up on request, lets clinic staff ask questions about their own clinic data in plain language, such as "show me today's follow-up patients". It answers from the clinic's records: patients, visits, follow-ups and payments. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. It can run inside RevisitPlus or sit on top of software the clinic already uses.
The problem
The problem this solves
The receptionist at Hadapsar knows the data is in the system. She just does not know which report holds it, or which three filters to set.
So she asks the practice manager. The practice manager is at Kothrud. The question waits until the afternoon.
Most clinic questions are small and specific. Who is due today. How much came in by UPI yesterday at Wakad. The answers already sit in the records. What is missing is a way to reach them without training every person on every screen.
How it works in RevisitPlus
- 1
Staff type a question the way they would ask a colleague
"Show me today's follow-up patients." "Which patients missed their visit this week at Wakad?" "Yesterday's UPI collections by branch." No report names, no filters to remember.
What this gets you: staff who are new to the system can still find what they need.
- 2
It answers from your clinic's own data
The assistant works on the clinic's records: patients, appointments, follow-up dates, appointment statuses and payments. It does not search the internet. If the data is not in the system, it cannot answer the question.
What this gets you: answers that come from the same records your reports use.
- 3
It sits on top of what you already run
If the clinic keeps its current software, Accucia can add the AI Assistant on top of it, so staff can ask the same plain-language questions of that system's data. We check how your current software stores its data before we say yes.
What this gets you: a plain-language layer without replacing software your staff already know.
- 4
Set up and adjusted by the same team
When you ask for it, the assistant is configured with your branch names, doctor names, schemes and statuses, so "Wakad" or "Dr. Shaikh" means what your staff mean.
What this gets you: questions asked in your clinic's own words.
Who uses it
Reception
Pulls today's follow-ups, missed visits and pending payments without hunting through reports.
Owner
Asks quick questions about a branch or a day, between consultations.
Practice manager
Gets the list for this morning's calls without building it from filters.
Old way vs RevisitPlus
| Old way | With the AI Assistant | |
|---|---|---|
| Today's follow-ups | Ask the practice manager to pull the list | "Show me today's follow-up patients" |
| Missed visits at one branch | Set three filters, or wait for someone who knows how | Ask for missed visits at that branch this week |
| Software you already use | Replace it, or live with it | Add the assistant on top of it |
| Medical decisions | Made by the doctor | Still made by the doctor |
