Terms and Conditions
Effective from: 5 October 2026 · Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Version: 1.0
Part A covers anyone using revisitplus.com. Part B covers clinics that license RevisitPlus. In short: you pay a one-time fee for the software set up for your clinic, with implementation and a dedicated project coordinator, and an AMC plus server cost from year 2. Your clinic owns its data. We own the software. Indian law applies, and disputes go to arbitration in Pune. Your signed proposal overrides these terms where they differ.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Accucia Softwares Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U72900PN2018PTC181069, GSTIN 27AARCA7363G1Z9), with its registered office at Office No. 304, 3rd Floor, Sanskriti Arcade, Opp. PCMC School, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 ("Accucia", "we", "us"). Part A applies to everyone who uses revisitplus.com. Part B applies to clinics, practices and businesses that license RevisitPlus ("Customer", "you").
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature to be binding. By using the website, submitting a form, or signing a proposal that refers to these terms, you accept them.
Order of precedence. If there is a conflict, documents apply in this order: (1) a signed master agreement or signed proposal, including any order form and statement of work, (2) the AMC and Refund Terms at /amc-and-refund-terms, (3) these Terms and Conditions, (4) the Privacy Policy at /privacy for anything about personal data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Part B: Licensing RevisitPlus
9. What you receive
On signing a proposal and paying the advance, you receive:
- The licence. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use RevisitPlus, as configured for your clinic, for your own internal clinic operations, for the branches, users and modules named in your proposal.
- Implementation and adoption. Configuration of RevisitPlus to your branches, doctors, workflows, schemes, lead sources and appointment statuses, data set-up as agreed, training for each role and go-live branch by branch, led by a dedicated Accucia project coordinator.
- Your dedicated server. A server for your clinic's RevisitPlus instance and data, set up and managed by Accucia, in India unless you ask in writing for another region.
- The web dashboard and the Android app for the users named in your proposal.
The licence continues for as long as you comply with these terms and your agreement. Because RevisitPlus runs on a server Accucia manages, continued access from year 2 depends on an active AMC and server arrangement, as set out in the AMC and Refund Terms.
10. What you pay
- One-time fee. Covers the licence, implementation, adoption, the project coordinator, training, and the dedicated server, support and updates for the first year.
- From year 2. An annual AMC, plus the server cost billed by Accucia at cost.
- Charged separately, only if used. WhatsApp message charges levied by Meta or its partners (billed at cost), payment gateway fees charged by the gateway, the AI Assistant add-on, additional branches or users, and new modules or custom development beyond configuration. Each is quoted in writing before it is charged.
- Taxes. All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are added to invoices at the rate in force.
- Tax deducted at source. If you deduct TDS under the Income-tax law, you will deposit it on time and share the TDS certificate so we can claim credit.
11. Payment terms
An advance is payable to start work. The balance is payable on the milestones agreed in your proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Accucia is registered as a micro, small or medium enterprise. Under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, payments are due within the period agreed in writing, which cannot exceed 45 days from acceptance of the work, and late payments carry the interest that Act prescribes.
If an undisputed invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days after its due date, we may, after giving you 15 days' written notice, pause further implementation work, support or new changes until it is paid. We will never delete or withhold your data as a way of collecting payment.
12. Your data
- You own your data. All patient, clinical, financial and operational data you or your staff enter into RevisitPlus ("Customer Data") belongs to you.
- You are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your patients' data, giving them the notices the law requires, obtaining verifiable parental or guardian consent for children's data, keeping medical records for the periods required by law and by your professional regulator, and responding to patients' requests.
- We are your Data Processor. We process Customer Data only to provide RevisitPlus and only on your documented instructions, as set out in the Privacy Policy, Section 9. We do not use Customer Data for our own purposes and never use it to train AI models.
- Security. We protect Customer Data with encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, role-based and branch-based access controls, audit trails, and confidentiality obligations on our staff.
- Breaches. If we become aware of a breach affecting Customer Data, we will tell you without delay and give you the information you need to notify the Data Protection Board of India, affected patients and CERT-In within the times the law sets.
- Export and handover. You can export your data at any time in Excel or PDF. At the end of the agreement, or if the AMC is not renewed, we hand you a full database dump plus Excel and PDF exports, and then delete Customer Data from the server, as set out in the AMC and Refund Terms.
13. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- keep user accounts and passwords secure and remove access for staff who leave
- set role and branch access appropriately for your staff
- make sure the information you enter is accurate
- have your patients' permission before sending them WhatsApp messages, follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, and send promotional messages only with consent, in line with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 where they apply
- use the Leads module only for enquiries people have sent to your clinic, and handle them lawfully
- not resell, rent or provide RevisitPlus to any other clinic or business, and not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer it
- not use RevisitPlus for anything unlawful
Clinical responsibility. RevisitPlus is a clinic operations tool. It records and organises information, but it does not make clinical decisions. The AI Assistant add-on answers questions about your clinic's data and does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. Your practitioners remain fully responsible for patient care.
14. Our intellectual property
Accucia owns RevisitPlus, including its source code, design, documentation, configurations, templates, and all improvements and custom work we create, whether or not made at your request. Your licence lets you use them, as set out in Section 9. Source code is not provided unless a separate written agreement says so.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve RevisitPlus without any obligation to you.
15. Third-party services
RevisitPlus connects to services run by others, such as the WhatsApp Business API, Meta lead forms and Razorpay. Their availability, pricing and policies are set by those providers. We will help you set them up, but we are not responsible for their outages, changes to their terms, or charges they levy. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.
16. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information the other shares, including Customer Data, pricing, proposals and system details, and use it only for this agreement. This obligation continues for three years after the agreement ends, and indefinitely for Customer Data and patient information. It does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
17. Warranties
We warrant that we will provide RevisitPlus and our services with reasonable skill and care, that RevisitPlus will work materially as described in your proposal, and that we will fix reported defects during the first year under the one-time fee and afterwards under an active AMC.
Apart from these, and to the extent the law allows, RevisitPlus is provided without other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business result, such as a change in patient numbers, revenue or Revisit Rate.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity.
- Accucia's total liability under or in connection with the agreement, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid to Accucia in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, a breach of confidentiality, or anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
19. Indemnity
You will indemnify Accucia against third-party claims arising from your clinical decisions, your content, your messages to patients, or your breach of Section 13 or of any law. Accucia will indemnify you against third-party claims that RevisitPlus, as supplied by us, infringes their intellectual property rights in India. The party seeking indemnity must tell the other promptly and allow it to control the defence.
20. Term, suspension and termination
The agreement starts when both parties sign the proposal and continues until terminated.
- Either party may terminate if the other commits a material breach and does not fix it within 30 days of written notice, or becomes insolvent.
- You may stop renewing the AMC at any time. What happens then is set out in the AMC and Refund Terms.
- We may suspend access immediately, and only to the extent necessary, if your account is being used unlawfully or threatens the security of RevisitPlus or other customers. We will tell you why and restore access once the issue is resolved.
On termination, we hand over your data as set out in Section 12 and the AMC and Refund Terms. Sections 12, 14, 16, 18, 19 and 22 survive termination.
21. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure. The affected party will tell the other promptly and resume as soon as it can. If the event lasts more than 60 days, either party may end the affected services by written notice.
Part C: General
22. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any agreement for RevisitPlus are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, senior representatives of both parties will first try to settle it in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If they cannot, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Pune, and the language is English. Subject to this, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Either party may seek urgent interim relief from those courts.
23. Notices
Notices under these terms must be in writing and sent by email to the address each party names in the proposal, with a copy by post or courier for notices of breach or termination. Our notice address is hello@revisitplus.com, copied to services@accucia.com, and our registered office above.
24. Other terms
- Entire agreement. The documents listed in Section 1 are the whole agreement between us about RevisitPlus and replace earlier discussions.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date. For existing customers, changes that materially reduce your rights apply only from your next AMC renewal, or earlier if you agree in writing.
- Assignment. You may not transfer the agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a group company or a successor to the RevisitPlus business, with notice to you.
- Subcontractors. We may use subcontractors and sub-processors, and we remain responsible for their work.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean giving it up.
- Independent parties. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
