Clinic management software that keeps patients from slipping between steps
RevisitPlus is clinic management software for homeopathy practices with more than one branch. It has thirteen modules, from Leads and the Receptionist Dashboard to MIS Reports and the Android app, and all of them share one patient record. Each module closes one of the five places a growing clinic loses patients: the enquiry, the follow-up, the branch, the counter and the owner's view.
Five leaks, mapped to the modules that close them
A growing clinic rarely loses patients at the consultation. It loses them in the handover: from the Facebook enquiry to the call back, from the prescription to the next visit, from one branch's cupboard to another branch's desk.

Fix one leak and the next one shows. That is why every module reads from one patient record.

Go-live order is the same everywhere: reception, doctors, then the owner's reports. The first conversation starts where your patients fall out today.
| Your clinic | Start the conversation with | Then look at |
|---|---|---|
| One branch, second one opening this year | One Patient Record Across Branches | Multi-Branch, Owner Dashboard |
| Two or three branches, owner phoning each one at night | Owner Dashboard | MIS Reports, Payments |
| Running Facebook ads for new patients | Leads | Receptionist Dashboard, MIS Reports |
| Chronic care and treatment schemes, long courses of medicine | Follow-ups and Missed Visits | Treatment Schemes, Doctor Dashboard, WhatsApp Reminders |
| Doctors who move between branches during the week | Doctor Dashboard | One Patient Record Across Branches, Android App |
| Already happy with your current clinic software | AI Assistant (add-on) | Nothing else unless a gap shows up |
If no row sounds like your clinic, the 12-question Clinic Checklist points to the leak that costs you the most.
What a homeopathy clinic needs vs what generic clinic software gives
Most clinic management software in India is written for a doctor who sees a patient once and bills. Treatment for alopecia areata or childhood asthma runs for months, the prescription changes visit by visit, and the clinic depends on the patient coming back. Generic tools handle the first visit well. The gaps open after that.
| What a homeopathy clinic needs | What generic clinic software usually gives | What RevisitPlus does |
|---|---|---|
| A case history that builds over many months | A visit note per appointment | Every visit in one case history |
| A follow-up date on every prescription, and a list when it is missed | An appointment calendar | Follow-up date per patient, missed visits the same day |
| Treatment schemes and packages | Single-visit billing | Schemes set up once in the Scheme Master, end date and balance on every patient log, reported by scheme |
| One record across branches | One database per clinic, or a branch add-on | One patient record, access by role and by branch, audit trail |
| Enquiries from Facebook and the website, called back and tracked | Online booking, if anything | One lead list, call logs, lead-to-patient view |
| The owner's view across every branch | Reports per clinic login | Owner Dashboard on web and Android |
| A price that does not rise each time you hire a doctor | Per-doctor or per-clinic yearly plans | One-time fee, then AMC plus server cost from year 2, no per-doctor fee |
Configuration, not construction
RevisitPlus runs every day across the three branches of Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center in Pune. We set it up around your branch names, doctors, schemes, lead sources and appointment statuses, then a dedicated project coordinator from Accucia trains each role on its own screen. Old case files are added by doctors during normal consultations, the way Dr. Tathed's team did it.
Fit the software to the clinic, not the clinic to the software.

Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call.
