RevisitPlus is homeopathy software for clinics with more than one branch, built in Pune. Book a Patient Journey Review in Pune or Mumbai.

Pricing

Homeopathy software you pay for once, then maintain

RevisitPlus is priced as a one-time fee that covers the product configured to your clinic, implementation and adoption led by a dedicated project coordinator from Accucia, and your dedicated server for the first year. From year 2 you pay an annual AMC plus server cost, billed at cost. There is no per-user or per-doctor fee. Your price comes in a written proposal after a Patient Journey Review.

No numbers on this page, and none on a first call either. The written proposal reaches you within a week of the review.

The RevisitPlus payment model in four steps: Year 1 one-time fee for product, setup, coordinator and server, then from year 2 an AMC plus server cost, a one-time addition for each new branch, and a full data handover if the AMC is not renewed

How RevisitPlus is priced

There is one payment to get you running, and two yearly lines after that.

Year 1

The one-time fee

You pay it once, at the start. Its size is set by your clinic's setup: how many branches, how many doctors, and how your workflows run. Doctors, reception, the practice manager and the owner all log in under it. Hiring a third doctor at Wakad changes nothing.

The fee covers the product, configured to your clinic: your branches, your doctors, your treatment schemes, your lead sources and appointment statuses. It also covers implementation and adoption, run by a dedicated project coordinator from Accucia, the same way we run ElevatorPlus. Training per role, go-live branch by branch, and your own dedicated server for the first year are inside it.

From year 2

From year 2: AMC plus server cost

The AMC starts in year 2, not before. It pays for:

  • Support from the Pune team that built RevisitPlus
  • Updates to the product
  • Changes your team asks for after go-live, within configuration

Hosting sits outside the AMC. Your clinic runs on its own dedicated server, holding all your data. Accucia sets it up and manages it. From year 2 the server cost is a separate line, billed by Accucia at cost. In the first year it is covered by the one-time fee.

What you will not pay

No per-user fee, no per-doctor fee, no per-employee fee, no per-branch fee every month.

What you pay, and when

  1. Year 1

    One-time fee

The product configured to your clinic. Implementation and adoption led by a dedicated project coordinator. Training per role. Go-live branch by branch. Your dedicated server for the first year.

  2. From year 2

    AMC, plus server cost

The AMC covers support, updates and changes within configuration. The server cost is billed by Accucia at cost, as its own line.

  3. Adding a branch

    A one-time addition

Configuring the new branch, its doctors and reception, and training its team. Quoted in writing before any work starts.

  4. If the AMC is not renewed

    Nothing further

Hosting stops. You receive a full handover of your data: a full database dump plus Excel and PDF exports.

The software never stops you adding a branch. The cost of that addition is quoted in writing before you agree to it, so you know what growth costs before you grow.

What is always included

Configuration.

We set RevisitPlus up around your branches, doctors, schemes, lead sources and appointment statuses.

A dedicated project coordinator.

One person from Accucia runs your implementation and stays with your team until the system is in daily use.

Training per role.

Reception learns the Receptionist Dashboard at the counter. Doctors learn the Doctor Dashboard between patients. The owner learns the Owner Dashboard and MIS Reports on the phone they already carry.

Go-live one branch at a time.

Reception first, then doctors, then the owner's reports. No branch closes for a day to switch.

Web dashboard and Android app.

Both, for every role that needs them. The Android app is installed for your clinic's team at go-live. There is no separate charge for it.

Data export.

Your patient data belongs to your clinic. Export it in Excel or PDF whenever you want.

What is billed separately, and why

Four things sit outside the one-time fee and the AMC. Each is listed as its own line in the proposal.

Item Why it is separate How it is billed
Server cost, from year 2 Each clinic runs on its own dedicated server, managed by Accucia. Billed at cost. Covered in the first year.
WhatsApp message charges Each appointment reminder, prescription, follow-up notice and receipt is sent through the WhatsApp Business API, which charges per message. Your volume decides the total. Billed at cost. We pass the charge through without adding to it.
AI Assistant (add-on) Built and ready, set up on request. Not every clinic needs staff to ask questions in plain language, such as "show me today's follow-up patients". A separate line in the proposal. Add it at the start or later.
Custom module development New screens or modules your clinic needs that go beyond configuration. Scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins.

Configuration covers branches, doctors, schemes, statuses, lead sources, reports and access rules. Only the last row goes beyond it.

How your quote is built

  1. 1

The Patient Journey Review (30 minutes).

We map enquiry, first visit, follow-up, renewal and referral at your clinic. You show us where patients fall out. We show that point running live with your branch names. In person in Pune and Mumbai, on a call elsewhere.

  2. 2

    What we note.

Branches today and planned, doctors, schemes, where enquiries come from, and what the owner wants to see at day end.

  3. 3

The written proposal, within a week.

Only if you ask for one. It is itemised: the one-time fee, the AMC and server cost from year 2, any add-on, WhatsApp charges at cost, the go-live order of your branches, and the payment milestones.

  4. 4

    Valid for 30 days.

If your plans change inside that window, we revise it.

Why we do not publish prices

The one-time fee is fitted to your practice: how many branches, how many doctors, which schemes, which lead sources. Two clinics with three branches each can need very different set-ups. One runs online consultations and several treatment schemes, the other walk-ins only. A single figure here would be too high for one and too low for the other.

A number without the review misleads both ways. Quote low, and the real proposal feels like a bait and switch. Quote high, and a one-branch clinic that would have fitted leaves before it learns that.

So we do it the other way round. Thirty minutes to see how your clinic runs. Then a written, itemised proposal within a week, valid for 30 days, with every line explained. If the number does not work for you, you keep the map of your patient journey from the review.

One-time fee compared with a subscription, over the years

Most clinic software in India is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or per year, often per doctor. This table compares the two models, not any one vendor. Check each vendor's own pricing page for their terms.

Plain reading of the table: a subscription costs less in the first year. The one-time model costs less the longer you run it and the more doctors and branches you add. If you run one room with one doctor and no plan to grow, a subscription is likely the better fit, and we will say so in the review.

Over time Subscription (monthly or annual plan) RevisitPlus (one-time fee, then AMC plus server cost)
First year Lower first payment, spread across the year A larger first payment, covering product, setup, coordinator and server
Second year onwards The full plan price again, every year The AMC plus server cost, billed at cost
Hiring a doctor Adds a fee on per-doctor plans No change
Opening a branch Depends on the plan: a new branch fee or a move to a higher tier A one-time addition, quoted in writing before you agree
Branch limit Many plans limit the number of clinics per tier None
If you stop paying Access usually ends with the plan Hosting stops and you receive a full handover of your data
Your data Export terms vary by vendor Yours: Excel, PDF and a full database dump
Who supports you Depends on the vendor The Pune team that built the product
