Android App · A RevisitPlus module

Know how every branch is doing before you reach the first one

The RevisitPlus Android app is the clinic management app for the owner, the doctors, reception and the practice manager, installed for your clinic's team at go-live. It runs on the same records as the web dashboard: today's patient list, case history and follow-up dates for the doctor, registration and payments for reception, collections by branch for the owner. Nothing is synced by hand, because there is only one system.

The RevisitPlus Android app: today's patients, case history, follow-ups and collections by branch, on the same records as the web dashboard.

The problem

The problem this solves

How it works in RevisitPlus

  1. 1

    One system, two screens

The Android app and the web dashboard read and write the same records. A payment taken at the Wakad counter at 11:02 shows on the owner's phone at 11:02. There is no export, no upload and no end-of-day sync.

What this gets you: the phone and the desk never disagree.

  2. 2

The owner's view on the phone

The Owner Dashboard opens on the phone: new and follow-up patients by branch, doctor and city, and today's collections by payment mode.

What this gets you: the morning check that used to be three calls is one glance.

  3. 3

The doctor's day in the pocket

Doctors see today's list, open a patient's full case history and previous prescriptions, and check follow-up dates. Missed visits show the same day.

What this gets you: a doctor can answer an evening call with the file open, not from memory.

  4. 4

Access by role and by branch

Each person sees what their role and branch allow, on the phone as on the web. Staff can be limited to their own branch's patients and reports. The owner and chosen managers see every branch. A doctor sees case histories and prescriptions. Someone who only needs payment figures does not get the case files. Access is set during onboarding and changed whenever you ask.

What this gets you: the app goes on more phones without the case files going to everyone.

Who uses it

Owner

Branch-wise patient counts and collections by mode, from the car, from home, from another city. Opens MIS Reports for the detail.

Doctor

Today's list, case history, prescriptions, follow-up dates, missed visits. Useful between branches and for calls after hours.

Practice manager

Checks each branch's missed follow-ups and day-end totals while moving between Kothrud, Wakad and Hadapsar.

Reception

Registers patients and takes payment on the app as well as on the web dashboard at the counter. Useful when the counter screen is busy or a patient is waiting at the door.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a RevisitPlus app for Android phones?
Yes. RevisitPlus runs on a web dashboard and an Android app. The app is not on the Google Play Store yet. It is installed for your clinic's team at go-live. Both use the same records, so the owner and doctors see what reception entered a moment ago.
Is there an iPhone app?
Today RevisitPlus runs on a web dashboard and an Android app. iOS follows as customers need it. Doctors on an iPhone can use the web dashboard in the meantime.
Does the app show the same data as the web dashboard?
Yes. There is one system and one patient record. Nothing is copied between the app and the web.
Can every staff member see everything on the app?
No. Access is set by role and by branch, on the phone as on the web. Staff can be limited to their own branch. During onboarding we set what each role sees, and every change to a record is kept in an audit trail.
Does the Android app cost extra per user?
No. RevisitPlus is a one-time fee that covers the product, implementation and a dedicated project coordinator from Accucia, then an annual AMC plus server cost from year 2. There is no per-user, per-doctor or per-branch fee. The fee is quoted in a written proposal after the Patient Journey Review. See pricing
