Multi-Branch · A RevisitPlus module
Run three branches the way you ran one room
Multi-branch clinic software lets every branch of a practice work on one patient record, one reception flow and one set of reports. In RevisitPlus, a patient registered at Kothrud can walk into Wakad and the doctor opens the full file. The owner sees each branch side by side. There is no per-branch fee, and adding a branch later is a one-time addition, quoted in writing.
The problem
The problem this solves
Mrs. Deshpande has been seeing Dr. Kulkarni at Kothrud for four months. This week she is staying with her daughter in Wakad, so she walks into the Wakad branch instead.
The receptionist at Wakad does not have her file. She phones Kothrud. Kothrud is busy. Ten minutes later someone reads out the last prescription over the phone, and Dr. Shaikh writes it down on a fresh case sheet. Mrs. Deshpande now has two files at two branches, and neither one is complete.
Multiply that by every patient who moves between branches, every week.
The owner has a version of the same problem. Each branch keeps its own register, its own Excel sheet, its own way of marking a missed visit. To see how the week went, the owner calls each branch manager and adds the numbers in a notebook. By the time the total is ready, it is already Thursday.
This is the branch leak, and behind it, the visibility leak. The clinic grew. The systems that ran it when it was one room did not.
How it works in RevisitPlus
- 1
One patient record, shared by every branch
Every branch works on the same patient record. When Mrs. Deshpande walks into Wakad, reception finds her in seconds and the doctor opens her full case history and last prescription. Nobody phones Kothrud. Access is set by role and by branch, and every change is kept in an audit trail. See the shared patient record
What this gets you: the next prescription is written from the last one, at any branch.
- 2
The same reception flow at every branch
Register, assign a doctor, track medicine, take payment. Each branch runs the same steps on the same Receptionist Dashboard, with the same appointment statuses. A receptionist who covers a shift at another branch already knows the screen.
What this gets you: branches that run the same way without the owner standing in each one.
- 3
Owner reports across branches
The Owner Dashboard shows new and follow-up patients by branch, doctor and city, and today's collections by payment mode for each branch. MIS Reports break it down further, with branch as a filter on every report. Revisit Rate is tracked by branch, so you can see which branch keeps its patients. See how Revisit Rate is defined
What this gets you: you see every branch without phoning any of them.
- 4
Access by branch, and no per-branch fee
Staff can be limited to their own branch's patients and reports. The owner and the managers you choose see every branch. RevisitPlus is a one-time fee, sized to your branches, doctors and workflows, then an annual AMC plus server cost from year 2. There is no per-branch fee and no per-doctor fee. Adding a branch later is a one-time addition, quoted in writing. There is no plan limit that stops you opening a branch in the middle of the year. See pricing
What this gets you: the cost of software does not decide when you open the next branch.
- 5
Opening a new branch with the same records, flow and reports
A new branch is added to the system you already run. It starts with access to every existing patient record, the same reception flow and statuses, and its own column in the owner's reports from the first day. We go live there the way we go live anywhere: reception first, then doctors, then the owner's reports, with training for each role.
What this gets you: a new branch that runs like your oldest one from its first week.
Who uses it
Owner
Compares branches on patients, follow-ups, collections and Revisit Rate. Plans the next branch knowing the system will not need replacing.
Reception
Finds any patient who walks in, whichever branch registered them. Registers, assigns and takes payment the same way at every desk, and sees its own branch's lists and reports.
Doctor
Opens the full file for a patient first seen at another branch, and writes the next prescription from the last one.
Practice manager
Checks each branch's missed follow-ups and day-end totals from one screen, and spots the branch that needs attention this week.

How it connects to the rest
What Dr. Tathed's team says
“We are running three branches, so it was very difficult to manage and coordinate with all the teams. What this software has really helped with is organising the data in a systematic way.”
Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center is a practice that has run for almost three decades and now has three branches in Pune. RevisitPlus started as the system Accucia built for it, and it still runs all three branches every day. Read the case study

Bring your branch list to the review
In a Patient Journey Review, we map how a patient moves between your branches today and show you the same patient opening at a second branch in RevisitPlus, with your branch names. If you are about to open your next branch, tell us. We will show what day one there looks like. See opening a second branch
