The best homeopathy software for your clinic: an honest buyer's guide
The best homeopathy software is the one that fits how your clinic runs: how many branches you have, how patients reach you, and how you want to pay. This guide gives you seven questions to ask any vendor, a fact table of five options checked on 4 Oct 2026, and the cases where RevisitPlus is the wrong choice.
Facts about other products come from their published websites, the Google Play Store and review marketplaces, checked on 4 Oct 2026.
Who wrote this guide, and how to read it
We make RevisitPlus, so read this as a vendor's guide, written to be useful even if you buy something else.
Every fact about another product comes from that vendor's own published website and pricing pages, the Google Play Store, or its Capterra or GetApp listing, checked on 4 Oct 2026. If we could not confirm a point from one of those sources, we left it out. A point missing from this page says nothing about what a product can or cannot do. We do not print other vendors' prices.
Prices and plans change, so confirm the current terms with the vendor before deciding. We re-check this page every quarter.
How to choose homeopathy software: the seven questions
Take these into every demo and write the answers down. Then compare the answers, not the brochures.
1. How many branches does the plan allow?
Plan tiers stop at a number. If you run Kothrud and Wakad today and plan Hadapsar next year, ask what happens at three: a plan upgrade, a custom quote or a second account. Get the answer in writing.
RevisitPlus has no branch limit. A new branch is a one-time addition, quoted in writing.
Learn more2. What happens to the price when you hire?
You will meet four pricing models: per doctor per year, per clinic per month, plan tiers by clinic size, and a one-time fee with annual maintenance. Work out the cost for your clinic today, then again with two more doctors and one more branch.
RevisitPlus is a one-time fee covering the product, implementation and a dedicated project coordinator, then an annual AMC plus server cost from year 2. There is no per-doctor or per-branch monthly fee.
Learn more3. Where do enquiries go before they become patients?
If you run Facebook ads or your website brings enquiries, ask where a lead sits before the patient is registered. Some clinic software starts at registration. Everything before that lives in the reception phone or a WhatsApp group, and nobody can say how many enquiries were never called back.
In RevisitPlus, Facebook lead-form and website enquiries arrive in one list on their own, and reception adds phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries to it. Reception calls, logs each call and books, and you see which enquiries became patients.
Learn more4. Who notices a missed follow-up?
Homeopathy treats chronic conditions over months. Ask the vendor to show you today's list of patients who missed a follow-up, and what reception does with it. A follow-up date written in a case note reminds nobody.
RevisitPlus shows missed visits the same day on the Doctor Dashboard and reception's screen, and tracks Revisit Rate, the share of patients who come back for their next scheduled follow-up, by branch, doctor and scheme.
Learn more5. Can one branch open another branch's patient file?
Mrs. Deshpande is registered at Kothrud and walks into Hadapsar on a Saturday. Does the Hadapsar doctor see her last prescription on screen, or does reception phone Kothrud and wait?
In RevisitPlus all branches share one patient record, with access set per role and per branch, and an audit trail.
Learn more6. What does the owner see without phoning anyone?
Ask for the owner's screen with three branches loaded: new and follow-up patients by branch and doctor, and today's collections by payment mode. Then ask to see it on a phone.
RevisitPlus shows this on the web and the Android app, with MIS Reports for filters and export.
Learn more7. Who owns the data, and can you take it out?
Ask whether you can export patient records, visits and payments yourself, at any time, in a format another system can read. Put the answer in the contract. It matters most on the day you want to leave.
With RevisitPlus the clinic owns its data. It sits on the clinic's own dedicated server, encrypted, backed up daily, and exportable at any time as Excel, PDF or a full database dump.

What you are buying if you buy RevisitPlus

We have no marketplace rating yet and no outcome figure. We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic. Read the case study
Tools RevisitPlus does not replace
Repertory and materia medica software, such as Hompath.
RevisitPlus runs beside repertory tools such as Hompath, it does not replace them. RevisitPlus holds the case history, prescription, follow-up date and visit.
Accounting software.
RevisitPlus records every payment against a visit, by cash, UPI or card, with day-end totals by mode and branch. Your accountant still keeps the books in accounting software.
The Practo listing.
A Practo profile is one place patients discover a doctor. RevisitPlus does not list your clinic anywhere. If patients find you on Practo, keep the listing. RevisitPlus starts when the enquiry reaches you.
When not to buy RevisitPlus
If one of these describes you, look at the product named next to it first.
You are a single homeopath, with no second branch planned and no paid enquiries.
A solo annual plan with built-in repertory will suit you. Look at HomeoNetix.
You want a subscription you can try before paying.
RevisitPlus has no free trial. You see it running in a Patient Journey Review and a live walkthrough instead. HomeoAxis publishes monthly plans with a 14-day trial, and HomeoNetix and Practo Ray offer 7-day trials.
Patients find you on the Practo listing and you need a calendar and billing for one clinic.
Practo Ray integrates with that listing.
You run a multi-specialty clinic, or most of your doctors carry iPhones.
RevisitPlus is built for homeopathy and Ayurveda, on the web and Android. DoctorsApp covers 18 specialties on the web, Android and iPhone.
You are a national chain with your own IT team.
Your team will want to own the build.

A table tells you what each product claims. A Patient Journey Review shows you where patients fall out of your clinic today, and that point running live in RevisitPlus with your branch names. 30 minutes. No proposal unless you ask for one.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call.
