For homeopaths opening branch two
For the homeopath opening a second branch, before the registers split in two
RevisitPlus is homeopathy software for a single-clinic homeopath about to open a second branch. It puts both branches on one patient record, one follow-up list and one owner view before the new branch opens, so a patient can visit either branch and the doctor sees the full case history. It runs on the web and on Android, and is configured, not built from scratch.
What your week looks like today
Right now, your clinic runs on you.
You know which patient is due on Thursday because you saw her last month. Your receptionist knows the regulars by voice. The case register sits on the shelf behind the counter, and when a file goes missing, someone finds it by lunch. Collections are counted at day end, written in a notebook, and you check them before you leave.
It works. It has worked for years.
Then the lease on the second premises is signed. The board goes up in Wakad. You hire a receptionist and a junior doctor for the new branch, and you plan to split your own week: mornings at Kothrud, evenings at Wakad.
Here is what happens in the first month.
A Kothrud patient finds Wakad closer to her office and walks in on a Wednesday evening. Her file is in Kothrud. The new receptionist phones the old one, who has gone home. You are at Wakad, but you cannot remember the potency you gave her six weeks ago.
The staff WhatsApp group becomes the group for everything: appointment changes, prescription photos, "please check if Mr. Joshi paid", collection totals typed by hand. By the third week it is two hundred messages long and nobody scrolls up.
Thursday's follow-ups at Kothrud are a list you used to carry in your head. You are at Wakad on Thursday afternoon now. Three patients do not come. Nobody calls them.
None of this is a staff problem. You have doubled the places a patient can be and kept a system built for one room.
Memory does not scale. Systems do.
The three things that change
- 1
The patient file goes where the patient goes
Both branches share one patient record. When a Kothrud patient walks into Wakad, reception finds her by name or phone number and the doctor opens the full case history, last prescription and follow-up dates. Nobody calls anyone. Access is set by role and by branch, and every change is in the audit trail.
- 2
The follow-up list stops living in your head
Each doctor's dashboard shows today's patients, their follow-up dates and any missed visits, the same day. The same missed visits show on reception's screen, and reception calls them. You can be at either branch and still see who is due at the other one.
- 3
Day end arrives on your phone, not in a notebook
Reception records each payment against a visit, by cash, UPI or card. The Owner Dashboard shows today's collections by payment mode and by branch, and new versus follow-up patients at each, on the Android app. You see both branches before you drive home.
Modules you will use most
Set it up before the new branch opens, not after
- 1
The best time is a few weeks before opening day. We configure RevisitPlus around your doctors, schemes and appointment statuses, and go live at your existing branch first. Reception learns it on patients they already know. Doctors add old records during normal consultations, so there is no separate data-entry project.
- 2
When Wakad opens, it opens on a system Kothrud already runs. The new receptionist is trained in the first week.
- 3
If the second branch is already open, start anyway. We go live one branch at a time.

Proof
We are running three branches, so it was very difficult to manage and coordinate with all the teams. What this software has really helped with is organising the data in a systematic way.

RevisitPlus was built inside Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center in Pune, a practice running for almost three decades. It now has three branches, and its doctors describe the moment the old way stopped working.
Accucia, the Pune company behind RevisitPlus, has delivered 730+ projects since 2018. We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Is RevisitPlus worth it for just two branches?

Open branch two on a system, not a second register
In a 30-minute Patient Journey Review we map how patients move through your clinic today and show you the same flow across two branches in RevisitPlus, with your branch names.
Pune and Mumbai clinics can have the review in person. Everywhere else, on a call. No proposal unless you ask for one.
