Clinic software that started on a working clinic's counter
RevisitPlus is homeopathy software made by Accucia Softwares Pvt Ltd, a Pune software company founded in 2018 by Sumeet Katariya. It began as the system Accucia built for Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, a three-branch practice in Pune, and still runs there every day. The team that built it configures it for each new clinic and supports it after go-live.
It started with one practice and three branches
Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center has been running in Pune for almost three decades. By the time it reached three branches, its working day had outgrown its registers. Enquiries from Facebook sat in one place, appointments in another. A patient who walked into the second branch meant a phone call to the first for the last prescription. The owner learnt how the week went by calling each branch.
Accucia built them a system for that day. Reception got a screen for registration, appointments and payments. Doctors got the full case history and follow-up dates. The owner got collections and patient counts by branch, on a phone. Old records went in as doctors saw patients, not as a separate data-entry project.
Then the clinic kept asking for changes, and we kept making them.

Accucia Softwares Pvt Ltd was founded in Pune in 2018 by Sumeet Katariya, who leads it as Founder and CEO. The company has delivered 730+ projects since then, across custom software and its own products. RevisitPlus is one of Accucia's own products, and Accucia stands behind it as the company that signs your agreement and AMC.
Industry software, built inside a working business
RevisitPlus is not Accucia's first product made this way. ElevatorPlus, its sister product, is software for the elevator industry. Both follow one pattern: build for a real business while it runs, fix what breaks on a Monday morning, then turn the result into a product for others in the same trade.
Software built this way starts from the counter, the site visit and the day-end count, not from a feature list. It carries the habits of a real business, which is why it needs configuring for each new one and rarely needs rebuilding.
Eight years with a diagnostics chain
Accucia has worked with Lotus Imaging Clinics for eight years. It is a diagnostics chain founded by Dr. Vikas Dole that started in Panvel. Lotus Imaging is a diagnostics business, not a homeopathy clinic. We mention it because it shows how we work over years. Accucia has supported it since 2018, and its six locations run on one Accucia platform.

Configuration, not construction
RevisitPlus is a working product. We set it up around your branches, doctors, treatment schemes, lead sources and appointment statuses. You do not pay for a build or wait months for one. A dedicated project coordinator from Accucia runs the setup and the first weeks of use.

After go-live the same Pune team takes your calls and makes your changes. There is no hand-off to a reseller or a call centre. The first year is covered by the one-time fee. From year two, an annual AMC covers support and updates, and your clinic's dedicated server is billed at cost.

Patients rarely leave a homeopathy clinic at the consultation. They leave between steps: an enquiry nobody returned, a follow-up nobody chased, a file that stayed at the other branch. Most of that is fixable with a system the staff will open every morning.
Memory does not scale. Systems do.
We would rather tell an owner "not the right fit yet" than sell software a single-doctor clinic does not need. We do not publish outcome percentages until they are measured from the system and signed off by the clinic. And we think a clinic should own its patient data outright, with the right to export it any day it chooses.
