For Ayurveda clinics
For Ayurveda clinics whose patients stay on treatment for months
RevisitPlus is Ayurveda software for clinics that run long treatments, panchakarma courses and packages, and follow-ups across one or more branches. It tracks every patient from first enquiry to the next follow-up, with one record across branches, payments by visit, and owner reports. It was built inside a homeopathy practice in Pune and is configured, with some customisation, for Ayurveda clinics during setup, using your own terms.
Where RevisitPlus comes from, plainly
- 1
RevisitPlus was built inside Dr. Tathed's Homeopathy And Healing Center, a three-branch homeopathy practice in Pune. It runs there every day. We do not have an Ayurveda clinic live on it yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- 2
So why this page? An Ayurveda clinic's week looks almost exactly like a homeopathy clinic's week. Long treatments, packages paid up front, patients who drift away between sittings, branches that do not share files.
The loop is the same. Only the words change.
What your week looks like today
A patient finishes her consultation with Dr. Kulkarni on Monday. The plan is a 14-day course: daily therapy for the first week, a review on day eight, oral formulations for the month after.
Reception writes the course into the register and the therapy times into a diary. The formulations go on a prescription slip. The package is paid in two parts, cash today and UPI on Thursday.
On day five she does not come. The therapist notices, but is with the next patient. Nobody calls her.
Day eight is the review. Dr. Kulkarni is at your other branch that day, so the patient goes there. The file is not.
Three weeks later she is due back for a refill. She does not come. Nobody notices for a month, because nobody keeps a list of course patients who were due back.
At month end you want to know how many courses each branch sold and how many were completed. That is an afternoon with two registers.
The three things that change
- 1
Courses and packages tracked from day one to the last visit
Each course or package is set up once in the Scheme Master, with its name, duration and amount, and assigned to the patient. Every visit is an appointment with a status. A missed day shows on the Doctor Dashboard and on reception's screen the same day, and the patient goes on the follow-up list for reception to call. When the course ends, the next follow-up date is already set.
- 2
One patient record across branches
Case history, formulations, course progress and payments sit in one record every branch can open. When the day-eight review happens at your other branch, the doctor sees what was given and done. Access is set by role and by branch, with an audit trail.
- 3
You can see which course grows, and where
MIS Reports show patients by course, branch, city, disease and appointment status, plus repeat patients and payments by mode. Revisit Rate, the share of patients who come back for their next scheduled follow-up, shows which courses and which branches keep patients through to the end.
How RevisitPlus is configured for an Ayurveda clinic
Most of it is configuration. Courses and packages, formulations and dispensing also get some customisation during setup. These are the settings we change, using your clinic's own words.
| Homeopathy term | Your Ayurveda term | Where it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Scheme | Course or package (for example "Panchakarma, 7 days", "Weight management, 3 months") | Scheme Master, patient record, Receptionist Dashboard, MIS Reports |
| Medicine | Formulation, with your names and dosage forms (churna, vati, kashayam, taila) | Doctor Dashboard prescription, Receptionist Dashboard medicine tracking |
| Follow-up | Review, refill visit or course sitting, as you name them | Doctor Dashboard, Follow-ups and Missed Visits |
| Appointment statuses | Your statuses, such as "Therapy done", "Review due", "Course complete" | Receptionist Dashboard, reports |
| Lead sources | Your sources: Facebook, website, walk-in, health camp, referral | Leads, MIS Reports |
| Disease categories | Your categories, for reporting by condition | MIS Reports |
Where courses and packages live. Each course or package is set up once in the Scheme Master with its name, duration and amount. When it is assigned to a patient, the end date is calculated from the duration, and the patient log shows the amount collected and the balance.
Where formulations live. The doctor writes formulations into the prescription on the Doctor Dashboard, as part of the patient's record. Reception sees the same prescription and records what was dispensed in medicine tracking on the Receptionist Dashboard. The digital prescription can go to the patient on WhatsApp.
What we check with you first. If your therapy rooms or therapists need a schedule of their own, beyond appointments and statuses, tell us in the review. We will show you how it runs, or say plainly that it does not fit yet.
